Why It Matters
One of Ibiza Town's only rooftop pools with 360-degree views of the UNESCO-listed Dalt Vila fortress. Casa Privada functions as a fully private five-story villa that can be bought out by groups of up to 28 guests, complete with its own rooftop pool, yoga studio, and private lounge.
The Standard landed in Ibiza's Old Town in 2021 and it fits. Fifty-three rooms and suites occupy a clean, white building a short walk from the marina, with a separate 14-room private residence (Casa Privada) one block away. UP, one of the only seasonal rooftop pools in Ibiza Town, crowns the hotel with castle views and nightly DJ sets. Down below, Jara runs from 8am to 1am and is genuinely open to the public — locals eat here too.
