ULUM (pronounced ooh-loom) is a MICHELIN Key luxury outdoor resort carved into 200 acres of Utah canyon country, 25 miles south of Moab. Fifty safari-style canvas Suite Tents are spread across sandstone desert with Looking Glass Arch literally steps from your door. The lobby is a proper permanent structure — floor-to-ceiling glass, local stone, and a chandelier made from ancient rock fragments found on-site — and the whole thing feels less like glamping and more like a design hotel that somehow landed in the wilderness.
