The only direct beachfront villa option — right on the edge of Playa Xcalacoco's white sand. At 1,700 sq ft, it comes with full ocean views, easy beach access, and a private pool and deck. This is the villa for guests who want to step out of bed and be in the sand within seconds.

The entry point into the resort, and it's still very much a luxury villa. Situated at the jungle's edge, each comes with a completely private plunge pool, sun-warmed patio, chaise lounges, dining table, and a handmade crochet hammock. A 35-minute drive from the resort, guests get two hours at a private cenote to snorkel and learn about the site's Mayan history. Snorkels, towels, and any other equipment provided. A genuinely sacred experience — cenotes were considered gateways to the underworld in Mayan culture.
