Villa Blu Capri is a 19-room, adults-only boutique hotel on the quieter, more residential side of the island in Anacapri. The exterior is classic Capri villa — whitewashed walls, Mediterranean lines — but inside it goes full contemporary: soft tones, stone floors, real mosaic tilework in the bathrooms, and Illy coffee machines on the nightstand. It sits right on Via Orlandi, Anacapri's pedestrian main street, which means you walk out the front door and straight into cafes and artisan shops, but none of the frantic crowds that plague the Capri side of the island.

Classic Room
Entry-level rooms, individually decorated in the hotel's contemporary minimalist style with stone floors and mosaic bathroom tiles. Air conditioned with flat-screen TV (Sky channels), minibar and free WiFi. Important caveat: these rooms are on basement floors with an internal patio rather than a proper balcony — natural light is very limited. Not for guests who want a view.
Deluxe Room
The sweet spot in the room lineup. Individually furnished with the hotel's sleek aesthetic — soft tones, stone floors, real mosaic tilework, Aqua di Parma toiletries. Comes with a private balcony. Most have spa baths. Some have partial sea views. This is the category that gets the best guest reviews.
Junior Suite with Sea View
Larger than the Deluxe, with a sofa and expanded living area. Private balcony with side sea views. En-suite spa bath. Same refined finishes throughout — stone floors, handcrafted mosaic tiles, Illy coffee machine, flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Rooftop Suite with Sea View
The hotel's crown jewel and its most distinctive offering. This top-floor suite has a private rooftop terrace with sea views, an outdoor hot tub and a four-poster canopy bed on the terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a round spa bath set in handcrafted mosaic tiles. Illy coffee machine, minibar, Sky TV. Perfect for a romantic occasion — the hotel can arrange candlelight dinners on the terrace. Guests have reported this room running around $3,700+ for a long weekend in peak season.
Suite
Full suite with a separate living room, sofa and flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is a highlight: large round spa bath, hand-crafted wall mosaics, designer toiletries. Illy coffee machine and minibar included. Access to the hotel's rooftop terrace.

The Monte Solaro chairlift is literally steps from the hotel entrance on Via Orlandi. It's the fastest way to the highest point on the island (589m) with panoramic views over the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi Coast.
