A 1914 villa built for Julius Gabriel Pupp — scion of Karlovy Vary's most celebrated hotelier dynasty — this nine-room adults-only boutique hotel is the result of a 15-year painstaking restoration. Original architectural bones by architect Friedrich Seitz remain: the romantic Italianate exterior, high ceilings, irregular floor plan. But the interiors are thoroughly contemporary: clean lines, warm wood, muted tones, and designer furniture. It sits quietly above the historic spa center, a short walk from the Mill Colonnade, yet feels genuinely removed from the tourist circuit.
