Villa Sielen Diva is a seven-room, family-owned beachfront boutique hotel in the quiet coastal village of Talpe, a 15-minute drive from Galle Fort. Built in an uncompromising modernist style — concrete surfaces, floor-to-ceiling glass — but decorated personally by the owners, who chose every piece of art and every armchair themselves. The result is a place that feels like someone's very well-appointed dream home rather than a hotel. Direct access to Mihiripenna Beach, a 180-degree Indian Ocean view from every room, and an infinity pool that makes it genuinely hard to leave.
