3 Rooms 10 Corso Como Milano
Art-world minimalism meets Milanese chic. This is a place for people who read Domus and know what a Noguchi table is. No lobby, no concierge desk, no pool. Just three impeccably designed rooms inside one of fashion's most referenced addresses.

Why It Matters
One of the world's smallest hotels by room count — literally just three rooms — inside arguably Milan's most iconic concept store. The furniture isn't decorative; it is museum-grade midcentury design by masters like Jacobsen and Saarinen. Everything in the suites, down to the fruit bowls, is for sale per Frommer's. Opened in 1990 by gallerist Carla Sozzani, 10 Corso Como was the world's first concept store.
3 Rooms sits inside 10 Corso Como, the concept store that gallerist Carla Sozzani opened in 1990 inside a former warehouse. It is exactly what the name says: three suites. Each one is 55 sqm, accessed via a private entrance off a classic Milanese courtyard, and furnished like a curated design museum — Arne Jacobsen, Isamu Noguchi, Charles and Ray Eames, Verner Panton. The rooms rotate artworks, so repeat stays actually feel different. Hermès bath products and Bang & Olufsen systems come standard.

On Property
How you'll actually spend your days.
Guests have direct access to the full 10 Corso Como ecosystem: the multi-vendor fashion and design store, the gallery, the bookshop (stocking photography, art, architecture, fashion, and design publications), and the Project Room. The store carries curated fashion, jewellery, shoes, fragrances, and design objects — and virtually everything in your suite is also for sale.
One of the genuine draws of staying here. Guests order from a full à-la-carte breakfast menu the evening before. The meal is then served the next morning either in the suite itself, at the Café, or — weather permitting — in the garden courtyard. Included in the room rate.
Bikes are available to rent on-site, a practical option for getting around the flat Porta Garibaldi neighbourhood and into Brera.
The 10 Corso Como Gallery and Project Room host rotating exhibitions of visual art, photography, fashion, and design. Following a 2024 architectural renovation by agency 2050+, the gallery spaces were redesigned as flexible platforms for exchanging ideas in contemporary creativity.
