Bloom sits on Rožna ulica — Flower Street in English — in Ljubljana's Old Town, just a short walk from Cobblers' Bridge and around 600 metres from Ljubljana Castle. The interior goes against the floral name: think expanses of green, Art Deco-inspired public spaces, and ten minimalist, modern rooms and suites. It's a family-run place with 11 rooms total, a private bar, a small courtyard garden that doubles as the main hangout spot, and breakfast served daily. No pool, no spa, no gym. What you get instead is a very good location, genuinely attentive staff, and a room that won't feel like a chain hotel.
