Every room at citizenM Rotterdam is the same room — and that's the point. Compact at around 14 sq m but engineered with obsessive care: XL king bed with cloud-soft cotton pillows, a wall-to-wall window, power rainfall shower, blackout blinds controlled electronically, and a bedside iPad that manages lights, climate, curtains, mood lighting, and the Chromecast-enabled smart TV. Up to two adults plus one child under 10. No desk, no minibar, no room service. But the bed is enormous and the shower pressure is genuinely good.
