A five-star boutique hotel occupying a 15th-century patrician residence right on the Dijver canal, at the dead center of Bruges' UNESCO World Heritage historic core. The building has serious bones — it hid the relic of the Holy Blood from 1578 to 1584, and one wing was a bank in a previous life. Belgian owner took over in 2017, renovated all rooms, and in 2024 added restaurant Mémoire, a wellness center with indoor pool, and a new gym. Antique furnishings, heritage wallpapers, Venetian crystal windows, and open fireplaces sit alongside modern touches.
