The entry category, but still a seriously nice room. Around 25–28 sqm, decorated with Missoni home fabrics in their signature colourful zig-zag patterns and finished with bespoke fittings. These rooms have a small private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard — not the canal, but quiet and charming. Marble bathroom with whirlpool (except the accessible room), separate shower and WC.

A real step up in space at 45 sqm. Individually decorated with designer furniture and Hermès or Missoni fabrics. No canal view in this category — but generous proportions and serious style.

The most dramatically positioned rooms in the hotel. At 50–65 sqm, these duplex rooms are on the top floor and reveal wonderful 18th-century beams overhead. The exposed timber structure adds a layer of historic texture that the other rooms lack.
