Fully renovated in 2024, Le Foulage is a four-star adults-only (16+) boutique hotel in a historic building at the quiet end of central Bruges. The place leans into romance: moody interiors, a signature scent from Le Parfum de Nathalie drifting through the corridors, and rooms with proper king-size beds. Attached to it all is Bar Bulles, a speakeasy-style bar where walk-ins sip champagne and cocktails every evening from 5pm.

A deluxe room in the separate Le Foulage Suites annex. Same amenities as the main hotel Deluxe — king bed, shower, espresso machine, Le Parfum de Nathalie products — but in the quieter guesthouse building. Not in the main hotel.

Junior Suite
The top room category in the main building. Adds an electric fireplace on top of the bath-and-shower bathroom and full Deluxe amenities. The fireplace makes this one genuinely cosy on a grey Belgian evening.

Located in the separate Le Foulage Suites guesthouse annex, just steps from the main building. The private terrace is the big draw here — morning coffee or a glass of wine outside without competing for space. Access to all main hotel facilities including the champagne breakfast. Walk into Bar Bulles any evening from 5pm — no reservations needed. Champagne, curated wines, classic and original cocktails, cigars with Cognac or Whisky, and Bulles Bites (small sharing dishes). The heated outdoor terrace is open all year. Enter via the Oostmeers side entrance and look for the gate lights.
À la carte breakfast with a continental base plus optional add-ons — eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit salad, and a glass of Laurent Perrier Brut champagne. Served in the atmospheric hotel breakfast room.
A meeting room for up to 16 people (U-shape setup), available afternoons and evenings. Beamer with click-share, sound system, fast Wi-Fi, water, coffee and tea included. €200 for a half-day, €380 for a full day.
Bar Bulles can be hired for private events: afterworks, staff parties, intimate gatherings. Up to 40 guests comfortably, or 30 inside plus 16 on the terrace separately. Contact the hotel for a tailor-made proposal.
