Minthis is a sprawling luxury resort on a protected hilltop in the wine-growing hills of Tsada, about 10 minutes from Paphos. It sits within 5 million square metres of Natura 2000 reserve — and only 3% of that land is developed, so the scale of open countryside feels genuinely vast. An 18-hole championship golf course wraps around a 12th-century monastery, a 2,800 sqm spa opened in 2022 to serious acclaim, and a collection of suites, villas and residences makes it work equally well for a couple on a long weekend or a family wanting their own private house.

Minthis's newest accommodation block. One- or two-bedroom suites with high ceilings, full-height windows and open-plan layouts. Mountain and valley views from ground or first floor. More serene and set back from the main resort cluster. Important caveat: spa access is NOT included with the room rate — guests who book a treatment get 2 hours of facility access. Otherwise a strong option for those who want modern interiors at a slightly lower entry point.
Minthis Suite (Garden / Mountain / Golf / Luxe Spa)
One- and two-bedroom suites built into the hillside, ergonomically designed for space and privacy. Each has a private terrace, veranda or courtyard garden overlooking either the mountains or the golf course. Ground or first floor. Full spa access included in the rate along with daily breakfast, housekeeping, and concierge. Choose your view: Garden, Mountain, Golf, or Luxe Spa aspect.
Mountain Executive Suite
The standout suite for views. Positioned on ground or first floor, these suites frame the Troodos Mountains and Ezousa Valley through large windows. The master has a queen-size bed with pure cotton and cashmere bedding. Second bedroom has twin single beds. Ideal for families of four or couples wanting separate sleeping areas. Used as the base room for all Stay & Play golf packages.

The largest accommodation at Minthis — detached three, four or five-bedroom properties with private infinity pools, shaded courtyards and expansive indoor-outdoor space. Villa (Aura 2-bed / 3-bed)
Detached two- or three-bedroom villas in their own secure, secluded neighbourhood. The Aura-style villas have floor-to-ceiling windows, flowing open-plan layouts, an outdoor kitchen, L-shaped seating area and a private plunge pool. The striking single-pitched roof nods to Cypriot vernacular architecture. Situated 1.75km from resort reception — you'll want a buggy or car. Full spa access included. Sleeps up to 5.

Designed by Donald Steel and renovated by Mackenzie & Ebert, the Par 72 course (5,477–6,390m) follows natural terrain through ancient olive groves, past water features and a 12th-century monastery. The standout hole is the par-3 15th — the only island green in Cyprus. Ranked 29th among top 100 European golf resorts in 2024. Golf buggies available. Golf lessons also offered.
Specially designed parks and an adventure playground on-site. Weekend children's club with entertainers. Visits to the Episkopi Environmental Centre to learn about local flora and fauna can be arranged. Babysitting available from €20/hour (one child), €30/hour (two children).
A hands-on Cypriot cheese-making experience arranged by the concierge team, along with other local experiences such as water sports and excursions.
