Request a room in the main palazzo for original vaulted ceilings and the Roman ruin glass floors — annex courtyard rooms are quieter but don't have that wow factor

Why It Matters

One of the very few hotels in Puglia to earn a Michelin Key (2024). Ancient Roman ruins are visible through glass floors in the corridors. Every room is unique, with individually sourced marble and artworks from the owners' private collection. Ranked #2 of 32 hotels in Lecce on TripAdvisor.

A 15th-century noble palazzo set in Lecce's Baroque historic center, transformed by owners Paola and Giorgio into a small, design-forward boutique hotel. Nine rooms and suites across the main palazzo and an adjacent courtyard annex (Corte dei Giugni), each with its own character — high ceilings, vaulted arches in Lecce stone, unique marble bathrooms, and museum-quality Italian design furniture. Walk the glass-floored corridors and you're literally stepping over exposed ancient Roman ruins. Breakfast on the rooftop, cool off in the plunge pool, and order cocktails made with local Puglian ingredients. Awarded 1 Michelin Key in 2024.

Small Superior Room

The smallest room in the palazzo, but don't dismiss it. Arched vaults in Lecce stone overhead, an open bathroom design that makes a feature of the stonework. Compact but well-crafted — this is the entry point to the Noha aesthetic.

Suite

The flagship room of the main palazzo. Opens onto an exclusive flowered terrace with views over Lecce's ancient rooftops — the city at your feet, morning light on Baroque stone. The terrace is the kind of space that makes you linger over breakfast before you've even made it downstairs.

Vico dei Sotterranei Apartment

A self-catering deluxe apartment built inside a medieval cloister — originally a convent for 'repentant women,' now one of the most atmospheric places you can sleep in Lecce. Historical arches converted into light-filled windows overlooking a garden. Star-pinnacle ceilings, ancient alcoves, and contemporary designer furniture and artworks throughout. The most independent-feeling accommodation option the hotel offers.
