Son Brull is a former 18th-century Jesuit monastery turned 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotel on 32 hectares of vineyards, orchards, and olive groves in northern Mallorca. The Suau family runs it with a hyper-local focus — the farm produces olive oil, citrus, honey, wine, and charcuterie that end up on your plate at breakfast or in your welcome cocktail. Twenty-three individually decorated rooms sit inside the thick medieval walls, and four architect-designed Villa Suites are carved into the landscape out back.
