Why It Matters

Open since 2007, Vintage Hôtel Brussels is a 38-room owner-run boutique hotel in the Saint-Gilles neighbourhood, 50 metres from Avenue Louise. Run by Fabian and Isabelle Henrion, the hotel leans hard into 1970s aesthetics — think warm retro tones, curated vintage details, and a bar that feels more living room than lobby. Its standout feature is a fully restored 1958 Airstream caravan parked in the courtyard, available as a glamping suite. Breakfast is not included and costs extra, rooms on the smaller end can feel tight, and there's no pool or spa — but that's not what this place is about.

A fully restored 1958 Airstream caravan sitting in the hotel courtyard. This is the one. Polished aluminium curves, retro interiors, air conditioning, and a proper en-suite shower. 17 m² but feels like an event. There's only one, so book early.

The family room and the largest conventional option. At 24 m² it fits a double bed plus two single beds — so realistically a family of four with kids, or a small group. Retro furnishings, modern convenience, same vintage design language as the rest of the hotel.
