All Months
Late spring through early summer hits the sweet spot. May and June give you perfect weather for walking around, plus the floating clubs are in full swing. Temperatures hover around 25°C, and those long European days mean you can pack more in.
September and October are equally good. The summer crowds thin out, but the weather stays warm enough for outdoor dining and river parties. Plus, this is when the cultural scene really comes alive — film festivals, art exhibitions, and concerts happen almost nightly.
Winter can be magical if you're into that moody Eastern European vibe. December through February brings snow, mulled wine at Christmas markets, and cozy kafana sessions. But many floating venues close, so nightlife moves indoors.
Skip July and August unless you love sweating through sightseeing. Temperatures can hit 35°C, and half the city escapes to the coast. Many locals joke that Belgrade in August belongs to the tourists — and not in a good way.
