Gozo in July

Diving conditions remain excellent year-round, with winter actually offering the best visibility. The water temperature ranges from 16°C in February to 26°C in September. Avoid the two weeks around Easter when Maltese families flood the island for traditional celebrations. Accommodation becomes scarce and prices spike. The grape harvest in September brings special energy to the island, with several wineries offering tours and tastings. This coincides with perfect weather and still-warm seas.
