- •Beach crowds thin out after Carnival
All Months
December through May gives you perfect weather – temps in the low 80s, minimal rain, and trade winds that keep things comfortable. This is peak season, so book accommodations early and expect higher prices. June through November brings more rain and hurricane risk, but also fewer crowds and deals on hotels. The shoulder months of November and early December offer the best compromise – good weather, lower prices, and manageable crowds. Carnival season in February and March adds energy but also chaos. For diving, visibility stays excellent year-round. Just avoid September and October when hurricane risk peaks.
