Good time to visit
March feels like Limassol waking up from winter hibernation. The weather becomes genuinely pleasant and outdoor cafes reopen, but you're still ahead of the tourist rush.
Weather
March marks the real start of spring with temperatures climbing and rain becoming less frequent. You'll get about 6 hours of sunshine daily and humidity drops to a more comfortable 60%. The last heavy rains usually happen mid-month.

All Months
April through June gives you perfect weather without the crowds. Temperatures hover around 24°C, the sea is swimmable, and hotel prices haven't hit peak season yet. The wine harvest happens in September, making it ideal for vineyard visits.
September and October are golden months. The sea stays warm from summer (22°C), but the crushing heat breaks. Locals return from their August holidays, so restaurants and bars are fully operational again.
July and August? Only come if you love 35°C heat and don't mind sharing beaches with every British family on holiday. Hotel prices double, and good restaurant tables book weeks ahead. But the nightlife peaks, and every beach club is in full swing.
Winter (December-February) sees temperatures around 16°C with occasional rain. Most beach clubs close, but it's perfect for exploring the historic sites without sweating through your shirt. Plus, wine tours are less crowded and sometimes include harvest activities.
