All Months
December through April delivers the island's best weather. Dry season means less rain, calmer seas, and better diving visibility. But it also brings higher prices and more crowds — relative term on an island with maybe 200 visitors at peak times.
January and February offer the sweet spot. Post-holiday prices drop slightly, but weather stays consistently sunny. Expect temperatures around 82°F with trade winds keeping things comfortable.
March and April heat up but stay dry. Perfect if you want guaranteed sunshine and don't mind sweating a bit more. This is prime diving season — water temperature hits 84°F and visibility peaks.
May through November brings rain and rougher seas. The upside? Accommodation prices drop 40% and you'll have beaches mostly to yourself. Rain usually comes in afternoon bursts, leaving mornings clear for activities.
Avoid September and October entirely. Hurricane season peaks, and many businesses close. The few that stay open often deal with power outages and supply shortages.
