October through April is your window - temperatures hover around 25-30°C and you can actually walk around without melting. December and January are perfect, with cool evenings that make the Heritage Area walking tours pleasant. Avoid May through September unless you enjoy feeling like you're inside a hairdryer. But here's what most guides won't tell you: Ramadan can actually be a beautiful time to visit if you're respectful. The iftar atmosphere in the Heritage Area is special, and many cultural sites have extended evening hours. Just know that restaurants close during daylight hours, and the pace of everything slows down. February is ideal for families - school holidays are over, weather is perfect, and the Sharjah Light Festival usually happens around then.
