The dry season from June to October offers the most reliable weather with minimal rainfall and comfortable temperatures around 75-80°F. This is peak season though, so expect higher prices and more crowds, especially in July and August.
December through February brings hot, humid weather but fewer tourists and better hotel rates. Temperatures climb to 85-90°F with occasional afternoon showers. The trade winds pick up, making it perfect for kite-surfing.
Avoid March through May – this is the long rainy season with heavy downpours, high humidity, and many restaurants closing. Some hotels shut down entirely.
