Summer is brutal. We're talking 35-40°C with humidity that'll melt your phone. But if you can handle the heat, hotel prices drop 40% and you'll have attractions mostly to yourself. Winter brings the fog back with a vengeance. December through February sees temperatures around 5-12°C and visibility measured in meters, not kilometers.
