Weather stays mild at 15-20°C, and summer crowds disappear. The light during golden hour makes those medieval buildings look like movie sets. Winter has its charms if you don't mind 5-10°C temperatures and occasional rain. Christmas markets fill Korenmarkt, and fewer tourists mean you'll have those Instagram spots to yourself.
