Nice in June
Great time to visit
June is peak Nice - everything's open, the weather's flawless, and the city buzzes with summer energy. Expensive and crowded, but this is what you came for.
Weather
June brings classic Riviera weather - hot, sunny days with almost no rain and gentle evening breezes. The Mediterranean finally warms up enough for comfortable swimming. Humidity stays manageable thanks to coastal winds.

All Months
May through June gives you warm weather without the crowds. September and October are golden—still swimmable but less chaotic. April can be lovely but unpredictable. July and August mean peak prices, packed beaches, and 30°C+ heat. Winter surprises people with its mildness—December averages 13°C and you'll find deals on hotels. But some restaurants close, and that famous light isn't quite the same. The Carnival in February brings energy but also crowds. Spring brings the film festival crowd to nearby Cannes, which affects Nice too.
